Adolescence is a time of constant physical and emotional transition, shaped by hormonal changes, social dynamics, environmental factors, academic pressures, and more. During this period, what teens need most is professional mental health support, physical movement, and encouragement to build confidence in themselves.

To create a safe and supportive space where teens could connect with their bodies, recognize and accept their emotions, and learn to express their feelings in healthy ways, we partnered with Mongolia’s first Pilates studio and Gegeemor Mental Wellness Center. Together, we offered a month-long program combining Pilates sessions with emotional wellness workshops.

Witnessing these young individuals begin to recognize their inner pain, listen to themselves, and slowly create space for healing was nothing short of inspiring. It was moving. It was beautiful. And it reminded us just how powerful support and understanding can be.

“Mind & Motion 2026” Scholarship Program Successfully Concluded

The “Mind & Motion” program was successfully implemented for its second year in collaboration with Core Pilates Mongolia and Seed of Life Academy. Through this initiative, we fulfilled our mission to support the physical and mental well-being of adolescents while fostering their self-confidence.

Out of 118 applicants aged 12–19, 16 students were selected for the scholarship program. Over the course of the program, participants strengthened their physical health through guided exercise and deepened their self-awareness through psychological training, ultimately building greater confidence in themselves.

The 16 selected students completed a comprehensive one-month program. Among them, 8th-grade student B. Soyoltsetseg (living with Down syndrome) fully participated in all sessions, demonstrating remarkable dedication and engagement in both physical and mental training, and successfully completed the program with her effort and capability.

This year’s participants showed a strong need to better understand the importance of physical activity. More importantly, they learned to recognize, empathize with, and support one another’s emotional well-being—capturing the true essence of the program.
